I earned a doctorate from Nova Southeastern University in 2011 in Conflict Analysis and Resolution, a master's degree from Florida Atlantic University in 2006 in Psychology, and a bachelor's degree in 2005 in Psychology also from FAU. In 2004, I earned my associates degree in biology from Broward College.
I presented at an international conference investigating revenge at Oxford, UK, in 2012, and then returned to Oxford in 2016 to present at a conference examining torture. Next year, I am co-hosting the first International Biophilia Conference, which is being held in Waterford, Ireland. Since 2003 I have been teaching online and on-campus classes on several subjects, such as research methods, statistics, conflict resolution and communication, human relations, and various psychology courses at the graduate and undergraduate levels. I also serve as the dissertation chair, content expert and methodologist at multiple universities.
